From simple telephone support through to regular, scheduled engineer visits to undertake routine scheduled maintenance tasks; we will fit in with your support needs.

If you need our full support, you’ve got it. With our background of working with the NHS and local General Practices, we understand the need for prompt and effective support.

We offer same day support and repair to our NHS clients to keep them up and running, holding spare kit here for emergency call outs. We could be doing the same for you.

We offer a range of support contracts, including

AD-HOC: - Charged on a per-callout basis with pre-agreed response times.

STANDARD: - Fixed agreed fee, either quarterly or yearly, which includes site visits and repairs plus telephone support and yearly audits.

PREMIUM: - As standard but with bi-monthly meetings and full reports on systems development progress, server and network maintenance, backup data media, system integrity check and 12/24 month projections on upgrades/maintenance and training.
